First this “BMW GM Fan Clutch Nut Wrench Water Pump Hub Holder Tool” is a nice 15 inch long 32MM wrench and a 15 3/4 inch long hub holder, not the “8in X8in X8in” dimensions given in the description. They are very nice tools, reasonably priced.
My issue is with the very poor packing and extremely poor attitude of the vendor. The tools were wrapped in a USPS tyvek envelope twisted around them then stuffed into a padded plastic envelope that was also wrapped around the tools and taped. Even with that, the tools wore through the packing and were slightly abraded on one end.
I ordered the tools on 10/11, and Alphamoto indicated it shipped on 11/11/11, even though that was Veterans’ Day. The USPS tracking application showed that the tools were sent on 11/11, and that delivery was expected on 11/14. When the mail came on 11/16 and the tools still didn’t arrive, I called the USPS and asked for help in tracking down the package, since no motion showed beyond the initial pickup. They promised to call back, but never did. I contacted Alphamoto via email since there is no way to call them and asked for their help in tracking the tools. Instead of being helpful, their response was “I’m not sure how you come with the delivery date as 14th, as Friday, November 11 is Veterans Day, Sat is half working day, Sunday is non-working day, and it normally takes 2-3 days for usps to deliver a package, so normal delivery date is around 15th- 16th.” So no help, and no bother with looking up the tracking info, no contacting the USPS, no nothing. etc. When you pay an additional 30% over the price of the tool for shipping, you should be able to get some help in finding your shipment when the tracking system shows it as late and without movement.
I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from Alphamoto.

The product is great ; however, they did’nt sent me the holding pouch they stated that would be along with the wrenches.
